Every month we provide a cartoon in need of a caption. You, the visitor to Best Eatz, submit a caption. The winner wins a Complete FREE Diner in one of the best restaurants in Southern California. All submissions must be received by the date indicated below..
We announce the winner with the posting of the next contest.
